🏗️ One floor. One day. Back to business faster.
The SLABHARD® Color Chip 1 Day System is here, and it's built for the jobs where shutdown windows are tight and downtime costs real money.
This is the latest addition to the expanding SLABHARD® system portfolio, engineered to deliver a durable, decorative resinous floor in a single installation day. Rapid-curing polyaspartic technology means you compress the timeline and help facilities return to service sooner. Less downtime for the owner. Better productivity for your crew.
Here's the complete build 👇
🔹 PROFILL™ Fast Patch repairs cracks, joints, pits and spalls as needed
🔹 FASTFLO™ 80 Ultra FC with Pigment Pack lays down the UV-stable base coat and binds the decorative chips
🔹 Decorative vinyl color chips broadcast into the wet base for a partial or full finish that hides minor substrate imperfections
🔹 FASTFLO™ 80 Ultra or 80 FC Ultra seals it in, with EASYFLO™ 88 available when you need extended working time
The result is a seamless floor with excellent abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, stain resistance and a non-yellowing UV-stable finish. Concrete Gray strength with Impact Orange character, purpose-built for demanding commercial and industrial environments like aircraft hangars, manufacturing plants, warehouses and commercial kitchens.

If your clients want floors that stay clean, hold

If your clients want floors that stay clean, hold up long‑term, and keep maintenance costs down, the right system makes all the difference.
Many commercial and institutional facilities depend on flooring that maintains performance over time while reducing the need for constant upkeep. Polished concrete systems, grind and seal systems, densifier and seal systems, and low‑maintenance coating systems all support long lifecycle performance across healthcare, education, public buildings, warehouses, and distribution centers.
PREMERA Crystal Densifier and PREMERA Crystal Guard are designed to strengthen and protect these surfaces so they stay durable, consistent, and easy to maintain across large areas.
