Nathan Rice is the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Alta Paints & Coatings and Desert Polymer Flooring’s multi-state network of stores. He has over 19 years of experience in the industry, managing a wide variety of functional areas, including, but not limited to, customer service, operations, marketing, logistics, and shipping. This experience has been in the retail, wholesale, and ecommerce industries. In addition, he has over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry, with five of that specifically in concrete coatings installation. Nathan joined Desert Polymer Flooring in 2016.
