APF CastorCrete® TG is a heavy-duty, trowel-applied cementitious polyurethane mortar designed to protect concrete surfaces exposed to extreme physical abuse, chemical exposure, and thermal shock. Installed at ¼” to ⅜”, CastorCrete TG forms a dense, seamless surface that resists impact, abrasion, steel-wheeled traffic, hot cooking oils, animal fats, and harsh solvents.
Engineered for demanding environments, CastorCrete TG is formulated to compensate for the thermal expansion difference between concrete and coating materials—making it ideal for use where thermal cycling is common. It withstands regular washdowns with water temperatures up to 212°F (100°C) and can be installed over green concrete (7–10 days @ 70°F) or substrates with 100% relative humidity (per ASTM F2170).
