APF CastorCrete® TG is a heavy-duty, trowel-applied cementitious polyurethane mortar designed to protect concrete surfaces exposed to extreme physical abuse, chemical exposure, and thermal shock. Installed at ¼” to ⅜”, CastorCrete TG forms a dense, seamless surface that resists impact, abrasion, steel-wheeled traffic, hot cooking oils, animal fats, and harsh solvents.
Engineered for demanding environments, CastorCrete TG is formulated to compensate for the thermal expansion difference between concrete and coating materials—making it ideal for use where thermal cycling is common. It withstands regular washdowns with water temperatures up to 212°F (100°C) and can be installed over green concrete (7–10 days @ 70°F) or substrates with 100% relative humidity (per ASTM F2170).

APF CastorCrete® TC is a high-performance urethane cement topcoat designed to provide superior durability, chemical resistance, and thermal shock tolerance in demanding industrial and food processing environments. Applied by squeegee at 10–20 mils (0.25–0.5 mm), this cementitious polyurethane topcoat delivers exceptional wear performance and a seamless, sanitary finish.
CastorCrete TC resists hot cooking oils, animal fats, and a wide range of industrial solvents. It withstands constant steel-wheeled cart traffic and harsh cleaning routines—including hot water up to 180°F (82°C). Its advanced formulation compensates for the different rates of thermal expansion between concrete and coatings, preventing cracking or delamination under thermal cycling.
